SMPS Nashville is excited to bring a highly interactive professional development experience to our membership this March:

Understanding what you naturally do best is powerful. Learning how to apply those strengths more intentionally in your work — and recognizing how others operate differently — is where real growth happens.

In this interactive workshop, participants will deepen their understanding of their unique CliftonStrengths and focus on what they mean in action: how they shape communication, collaboration, decision-making, and day-to-day effectiveness.

This session is participatory and discussion-based – not a lecture. Through guided exercises and facilitated conversation, attendees will gain practical insight into how strengths show up across teams, projects, and professional relationships. The ability to understand yourself, and work more effectively with others, is foundational to strong performance in any role.

As part of our continued commitment to delivering meaningful professional development opportunities to our membership, this program offers a more customized, hands-on format than our typical 1-hour sessions.

Assessment Requirement:
Participants must come prepared with their Top 5 CliftonStrengths results.

– If you have already completed the assessment, please bring your results.
– If not, you may complete the assessment directly through Gallup here. Gallup offers multiple options at different price points. The Top 5 CliftonStrengths report ($25) is sufficient for this workshop. The Full 34 report ($60) is not required, but may be purchased if desired.

PLEASE NOTE: The assessment fee is in addition to registration for this event. The assessment fee is paid directly to Gallup and is separate from event registration.

Due to the interactive format, space is limited and registration closes 3/20.

We look forward to hosting a session that helps our members move from insight to action — with tools they can immediately apply in their professional lives.
